  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a medium bowl, mix chicken pieces with soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together remaining soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, and water.
  3. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken in a single layer and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, add more olive oil and sauté onions, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger until tender-crisp (about 5-7 minutes).
