Ingredients

  • Chicken breast pieces
  • Cubed potatoes

  • Salt & pepper
  • Steamed white rice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken and cubed potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Add the seasoned mixture to the skillet or spread it on a baking sheet.
  3. Cook in the skillet for about 15-20 minutes or roast in the oven for 25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. In the last few minutes of cooking, add sliced bell peppers until slightly softened.
