  • 2025 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk for raspberry layer
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Cool Whip for raspberry layer

Instructions

  1. To prepare the crust, finely crush Oreo cookies and combine them with melted butter; press firmly into an 8×8 Pyrex dish. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding using 1 cup of milk as directed on the package. Fold in 1/2 cup of Cool Whip and spread it over the chilled crust. Freeze for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  3. For the raspberry layer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in 2 tablespoons of milk and vanilla extract. Gently fold in raspberries and then add 1 cup of Cool Whip; spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Top with remaining Cool Whip if desired, garnish with extra raspberries, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
