  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each into four pieces. Reserve the icing for later.
  3. In a gallon-sized resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces, seal, and shake until coated.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix brown sugar with melted butter until combined.
  5. Layer half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with half of the butter mixture. Repeat with remaining pieces and butter.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown on top. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. Stir remaining pumpkin pie spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread before serving.
