  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until just combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips using a rubber spatula until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon batter into muffin tins and bake for about 16 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
