  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Lay out a double layer of cling wrap on your counter.
  3. Sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar onto the cling wrap where you’ll place the cheese mixture.
  4. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and coat it with the remaining cheddar.
  5. Wrap tightly in cling wrap and secure with rubber bands to form a pumpkin shape.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. When ready to serve, remove the cling wrap and top with a bell pepper stem.
