  • 18.3 ounces fudge brownie mix (1 box)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by lightly spraying it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, egg, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine the fudge brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water according to package instructions until just combined.
  4. Spread two-thirds of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of the pumpkin mixture over this layer and top with the remaining brownie batter.
