  • Leeks
  • Fennel bulb
  • Parsnip
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Garlic
  • Canned tomatoes
  • Navy beans
  • Chicken stock/broth
  • Kale
  • Lemon juice

  1. If using gnocchi, cook according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large soup pot over medium-high heat, add oil and brown the crumbled spicy sausage for a few minutes.
