  • 2/3 cup water

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter by mixing flour, corn starch, baking powder, egg white, and water in a bowl until smooth. Coat chicken strips evenly.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to medium heat (about 350°F).
