  • 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a sieve or colander, sprinkle sliced zucchini with salt and let sit for 15 minutes to draw out moisture. Rinse and pat dry.
