  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  1. Prepare chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic. Rinse broccoli and spinach.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
