Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups golden potatoes, halved
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your vegetables by washing and cutting them as needed. Halve the potatoes if not already done.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy (about 5–7 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for about 30 seconds. Stir in spinach and broccoli; cook until wilted (about 2–3 minutes).
  5. Return crispy turkey bacon to the skillet and drizzle melted butter over all ingredients. Toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve hot on a platter or individual plates, garnished with fresh parsley.
