  • 500 g potatoes
  • 60 g olive oil
  • 250350 ml vegetable broth
  • 60 ml soy or oat cream
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Place peeled garlic on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and roast for about 15 minutes until golden.
  2. While the garlic roasts, peel and chop potatoes, then boil in water until tender.
  3. Combine roasted garlic, boiled potatoes, vegetable broth, cream, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
