  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and paprika in a bowl until coated.
