- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 5 slices turkey bacon (or bacon alternative)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil if needed. Cook chicken pieces until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
