  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  2. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour until solid.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate to coat fully and return to the baking sheet.
  7. Freeze again for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
