  • ¾ cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips

  • 1½ ounces whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup black cocoa powder
  • 1 (3.4oz) box instant chocolate fudge pudding mix (110g, unprepared)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, milk, vanilla extract, and softened butter; mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powders, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until well combined.
  4. Stir in pudding mix and powdered milk until fully blended.
  5. Add the egg and mix until incorporated; gently fold in Reese's Pieces and Peanut Butter Chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are firm but centers remain soft.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
