  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in boiling salted water until al dente (9-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear steak tips over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to a plate.
  4. Lower heat and sauté minced garlic in butter for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and whole milk; stir in cream cheese until melted.
  6. Mix in Parmesan, mozzarella, and additional Cajun seasoning until smooth. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Toss cooked linguine into the sauce until well coated.
