  • 1 avocado
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 2 small chicken or turkey breakfast sausages
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 7 minutes. Transfer them to cold water after cooking to cool down. Peel and halve.
  2. Toast the bread until golden brown. Mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and spread it on the toast.
  3. Cook the sausages in a skillet until golden brown and fully cooked.
