  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Butter for greasing dish

Instructions
