  • 1 cup cooked mashed sweet potato (about 250g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour

  1. Preheat oven to 160C (350F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Squeeze excess moisture from the grated zucchini for crispier tots.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine drained zucchini with mashed sweet potato, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and coconut flour; mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and form into tots on the prepared tray.
